The concept of Second Nature Wellness emerged long before the company was established. I am Niamh, and my unwavering passion for health and well-being drives everything I do.

I have always worked with people, and my background in beauty and body therapy has served well as a foundation for the physical work I do with Clients. I believe learning never ends, So I am always adding to the pot of knowledge when it comes to overall health and well-being. 

Recently, I have embraced the profound effects of somatic bodywork and energy work, both in my personal life and professional practice. I have actively engaged with and embodied the transformative power of our energy systems and frequencies. 

My strong connection to my spirit has been a catalyst for overcoming numerous obstacles in my life. I have developed effective strategies to facilitate emotional release, and I am committed to sharing these insights to empower others on their healing journeys.
